Land of Make Believe

Just minutes away from the house and so convenient, we headed over to the Land of Make Believe. We were unsure about the weather (forecast of rain and thunderstorms) and thought about changing our plans. But since our summer is pretty much booked up, this was the only day we had open to try out this park. It's small, clean and perfect for their age. However, we wish they didn't cook using peanut oil and that Logan could have ridden more rides. Since he's under two, he was only able to ride the carousel, train, pumpkin tractor and access to the waterpark. Poor kid wanted to ride everything his brother did; instead, he rode the carousel at least four times!

Even though it rained for a few minutes and the waterpark had to be shut down for an hour due to lightening, the timing was perfect and we made the best of it. While the waterpark was closed, Logan napped and Dylan rode the rides in the rain.. he was thrilled! Dylan even participated in their show and was one of the pirates. The kids also enjoyed the train ride around the park - which we rode twice, of course!

At Dylan's request, riding roller coaster with Daddy and he loved it. It was his favorite ride at the park - besides the train and the tractor, of course!

In the pumpkin tractor. Looking out the window to check out the tractor.

At the pirate's cove enjoying the kiddie pool, splash ship and slides.

Dylan playing the role of the pirate.

Took advantage of Logan's nap and got on the dry rides.

Checking out the rabbits and Logan is ready to jump the fence!

Before leaving the park, we had to ride the train just one more time.
