Funny conversation with a toddler

Dylan woke up a little earlier than normal so Mommy took him back to our bed hoping he'll fall back asleep. In the dark, he says "watch Elmo". Mommy told him Elmo is still sleeping and we'll watch Elmo when he wakes up. And he replies with "wake up Elmo, wake up Elmo!"

We absolutely love this age. Dylan makes us laugh everyday and we are surprised at how much he already knows at this age. We even have to talk in tagalog because Dylan often understands what we are saying and even butts-in our conversations.

NJ Children's Museum

Since we haven't been out in a while, we decided to take Dylan to the Children's Museum in Paramus. We have been planning to go for a while now. Dylan had a GREAT time. Mommy and Daddy, on the other hand, were tired and ready to nap afterwards.

Morning at the park

For weeks, Dylan has been begging us to go outside. Even when it's 40 degrees, it's non-stop "outside" all day long. So when we had our first day of 60 degree weather, we took Dylan to Jefferson Park.

We can't wait for more weather like this. We are going to enjoy this summer since Dylan loves the outdoors.

Happy Birthday, Daddy!

We started celebrating Daddy's birthday yesterday with a yummy ice cream cake along with a big surprise for him. He loved his all of his gifts. Soon, we'll be able to share pictures of how we celebrated his birthday.

Today, we had planned on going out to dinner but since Dylan was sick, we just decided to order in and have a relaxing day. Daddy said it was the perfect birthday!!!
