Bike riding around the neighborhood

One of the great things about living in our area is that it's always nice, cool and windy early in the morning during late spring/early summer. It's the perfect weather for bike riding first thing in the morning. For weeks, Dylan has been asking to go biking with Daddy and "ride in the back". Since Logan is now 18 months, he gets to join in the fun.

After breakfast, Daddy told Dylan he had a surprise for him. Always excited about any kind of surprises, Dylan just couldn't contain himself. When Daddy told him to get his helmet, he knew right away that he'd be going for a bike ride. He was especially thrilled that Logan gets to join them.

Why looking so sad, boys?
Daddy was taking too long setting everything up
and making sure the tires had enough air
(it's been a LONG while since he's taken out the bike)

Now, that's more like it! Daddy is ready to go...

Coming up the hill... Daddy looks like he can use some oxygen ;-)
